Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with gtr303 or to use any of its Services. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 or older. gtr303 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Residency

The gtr303 platform is operated for and directed at players resident in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain an Account. Players residing outside Indonesia access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether doing so is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gtr303 or any affiliated gaming platform are not eligible to register a new account during the active self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document (KTP), your date of birth, a valid mobile phone number, a valid email address, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account with gtr303. Creating more than one Account — whether under your own name or under a different name — is strictly prohibited. gtr303 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and Real Money Funds held pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gtr303 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your password with any third party. gtr303 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to you notifying us of unauthorized access is your responsibility.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information current and accurate. Any change to your legal name, contact details, or bank account information must be communicated to gtr303 Support promptly and may req uirement notification, or updated KYC verification before the change takes effect.

4. Deposits

4.1 Deposit Methods

gtr303 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks and e-wallets, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga for bank transfers, and OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay for e-wallet transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposit limits may be adjusted from time to time at the sole discretion of gtr303.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer are generally credited to your Account within minutes of the transfer being detected by our banking systems. In instances where a bank transfer takes longer to clear — for example, during public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or the Independence Day weekend — credit may be delayed. gtr303 will exercise reasonable diligence to credit all deposits as quickly as possible.

4.3 Deposit Errors

If you transmit a deposit to the wrong account or in the wrong amount, gtr303 will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering the funds. In the case of bank transfers sent without the correct reference number, crediting may be delayed until the transfer can be manually matched to your Account. You must provide the recipient transaction reference where requested.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment instrument that is registered under your own name. Deposits originating from an account or card held by a third party are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account. You must not permit any third party to use your payment accounts to fund your gtr303 balance.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your Account balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount, your KYC verification is complete, and no outstanding wagering requirements apply. Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used for your most recent deposit.

5.2 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

gtr303 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. As part of this process we may require a copy of your KTP, a proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases a payment method verification. Failure to provide required documentation within 30 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the related funds returned to your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

gtr303 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes once verified. Actual crediting time may be affected by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedule. Some institutions may impose delays outside our control.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Certain withdrawal caps may apply to specific payment methods. Where a withdrawal exceeds the maximum amount permitted for a given method, gtr303 will contact you to arrange an alternative. All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering and responsible gaming checks in accordance with section 10 and our separate Responsible Gaming Policy.

5.5 Reversal Requests

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and sent to the payment provider, it cannot generally be cancelled. You should confirm all details before submitting a withdrawal request. gtr303 is not liable for funds sent to a destination you specified in error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

All promotional offers are available only to eligible accounts that meet the specific conditions stated for each offer. Offers are subject to change, suspension, or cancellation at any time at gtr303's discretion without liability.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This ratio may differ per promotion, and the specific requirement is always stated on the offer page. Bets placed at odds below 1.50, or wagers on games that contribute at a reduced rate, may not count in full toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gtr303 prohibits any conduct that exploits promotional offers, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; deliberately simultaneous betting on opposing outcomes to fulfill wagering requirements with zero risk; colluding with other players; and any pattern of play that indicates the bonus is being claimed solely for the purpose of extraction without genuine engagement. Where bonus abuse is identified, gtr303 reserves the right to void all related bonuses, deduct associated winnings from the Account, and suspend or close the Account.

6.4 Maximum Winnings from Bonuses

Certain promotions may specify a maximum withdrawal amount applicable to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Any excess beyond this cap will be forfeited. These caps are stated within each promotion's terms and may be applied at gtr303's discretion.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Accepted Wagers

All bets placed on the gtr303 platform are governed by the published rules of the relevant betting product. For sports betting, settled outcomes are determined by the official result of the sporting event concerned. For bandar bola (football betting) markets, the in-play rules, voor bola (handicap) reference, and mix parlay combination rules apply as described in the relevant betting guide.

7.2 Provisional Bets

Bets may be placed in the following categories: pending settlement (awaiting event completion), voided, won, or lost. A bet is considered confirmed only once the relevant game qualifies as settled.

7.3 Player Obligation

You are responsible for reviewing the odds and event details before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be amended or cancelled except where stipulated in the specific product rules or where the relevant event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with those rules.

7.4 Game Integrity

gtr303 may void any bet where the outcome is affected by a technical error, incorrect posting of odds or lines, a clear misquotation, or any form of manipulation. Where a game result is genuinely affected by a technical fault, gtr303 will void the affected bets and return the stake to your Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, or registering an Account under a false or third-party identity.
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or using a payment method not registered under your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate games, betting markets, or platform software, including the use of bots, automation, exploits, or collusive play.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any attempt to use the Platform to move funds for unlawful purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff, other players, or any person associated with the Platform.
• Posting or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or deposit limits.

9. KYC & Verification

gtr303 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations. As such, we may request that you verify your identity and account details at any point, including but not limited to before a withdrawal, upon a change of payment details, or where a deposit or withdrawal pattern triggers a review.

Verification requires at minimum a government-issued identity document (for Indonesian players, this is typically the KTP), proof of your residential address, and verification of the payment method used. Documents must be legible and current. gtr303 may use third-party identity verification providers to assess the authenticity of submitted documentation.

You agree to cooperate with all reasonable verification requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days may result in the Account being restricted, frozen, or closed.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Availability of Service

gtr303 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times. However, we do not warrant that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the service will be available at all times. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Errors and Malfunctions

If the Platform experiences a technical malfunction, error, or failure resulting in an incorrect payout or settlement that does not align with the intended result, gtr303 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting or voiding the affected bets. In such circumstances, wagers will be refunded to your Account.

10.3 Limitation Scope

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtr303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10.4 No Liability for Third-Party Provider Failures

gtr303 is not liable for any loss caused by banking institutions, e-wallet providers, telecommunications carriers, or internet service providers that are not under the direct control of the Platform, including processing delays arising from such third parties.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, compliance with legal obligations, fraud prevention, and the improvement of our services.

gtr303 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and apply industry-standard security practices for the storage and handling of personal information.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gtr303 Support at [email protected]. Upon closure, your Account balance will be refunded in full, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements being waived or remaining applicable, any pending withdrawal requests being completed, and any applicable fees being deducted.

12.2 Termination by gtr303

gtr303 may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or its other users. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach, gtr303 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and may withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation.

12.3 Account Inactivity

In accordance with applicable regulations, Account balances that remain dormant for a prescribed period may be subject to reporting and transfer as required by law. gtr303 will make reasonable efforts to contact holders of dormant accounts before any such action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

You agree that any claims, disputes, or controversies arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver by gtr303 of any rights it may have under applicable law.
